We are Abbie's Peeps. We want to make the world a little bit better place, in honor of Abbie Catherine Waters.
Some of you might not know who Abbie is. She is 9 years old and a best friend to many of us. She died of cancer on April, 22, 2011, two days after her birthday. We miss her.
Abbie is a very sweet and kind girl. In memory of her we would lik
e
all of you to do something kind. We are not asking for much. We just
want you to do a small thing like being helpful to someone who is being
bullied or allow someone to get in front of you in line or pick up some
trash on the sidewalk. After you have done your Act of Kindness please
post, or ask your guardian to post, a video or a written message on the
"Abbie's Peeps" page on Facebook or if you do not have access to
Facebook just email Abbie at AbbieWaters@aol.com.
If you are a legislator or a member of Congress or even the President of the United States we ask that you do a random Act of Kindness for someone of the other political party in honor of Abbie and post it to the “Abbie’s Peeps” facebook page or email it to: Abbiewaters@aol.com
Abbie’s Peeps will put all of the Acts of Kindness in her stocking by the fireplace for her parents. On Christmas morning, when her Mom and Dad would have opened gifts with Abbie, instead they will open and read the Acts of Kindness done in her name.
